How To Order

By Mail: Print out a copy of the order form or use a separate piece of paper, and mail together with your payment. Make your check or money order -- Payable in US Funds only -- out to:

You may also charge your order on your Visa or MasterCard.

By Phone: Regular office hours are 12PM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Call us at 707 445-2247. For Visa and MasterCard orders print out and fill in the order form and read it to us. We can help you calculate shipping charges on large orders.

By Fax: For Visa and MasterCard orders only : Print out the order form completely and fax it to us at 707 445-1401. Make sure you complete the credit card infomation.

Please include your phone number and e-mail! This helps us to contact you in the event of a discrepancy or problem with your order. Your privacy and confidentiality will be respected otherwise.

BSRF is not a mail order browsing service. If you purchase a book, research report, of video from us, the sale is final.

Send special questions and comments by separate mail, so that the processing of your order is not slowed down. Although we may not be able to respond to your comments, we do welcome them and read every one of them and often, changes and new products are the result of an inquiry. Technical questions should be directed to our magazine, BORDERLANDS, as a "Letter to the Editor."

We attempt to keep all books in stock. If a book is out of stock it will be printed and will be available within two weeks. If a book has been discontinued, your account will be credited, or upon request, a refund will be sent immediately.

If there is a problem with your order, please notify us at 707 445-2247 immediately. Delivery times may vary from 3 to 6 weeks depending on book inventory.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of material sent by Book/Surface Rate.

California Residents Please add 7 1/4% sales tax.

CANADA Postal Air Mail: $15.50/first item, plust $2.50 for each additional item,
